Wedding Packages

In order to simplify the wedding planning process, we have developed an all encompassing package ensuring nothing is overlooked. This, coupled with the experience of our Reservations team, means that you can be assured of complete peace of mind. However, if there is something extra that you require, or should you have any special requests we will, of course, endeavour to meet your needs.

Wedding Day Package 2011

From £79 per head:

  • A choice of Bucks Fizz, Pimms or Sherry on arrival
    (Champagne attracts a supplement of £2.95 per head)
  • A three course meal or fork buffet served with coffee and mints
  • A half bottle of house red or white wine per person to be served during the meal
  • A glass of our sparkling wine per person for the toast 
    (Champagne attracts a supplement of £2.95 per head)
  • Floral decorations
  • White linen tablecloths and napkins (coloured linen attracts a supplement)
  • Menus
  • Use of our cake knife and stand
  • Toastmaster for the day
  • Changing room if required
  • Accommodation and champagne breakfast for the Bride and Groom
  • Room hire
  • VAT at the current rate

Booking and Payment Terms

For all reservations we require a £500 deposit which, in normal circumstances, is non refundable.

Six to eight weeks before the wedding we require final confirmed numbers. At this point a confirmation letter finalising details, together with an estimate of costs, will be forwarded to you – 50% of which is required four weeks prior to the wedding.

The remaining balance will become due no later than 10 days before the wedding day. Any supplementary costs incurred thereafter will be invoiced after the wedding.
