wrapped in Parma ham, served with a plum tomato
and chive vinaigrette dressing

Smoked Trout, Baby Beetroot and Apple Salad
served on a bed of watercress,
topped with a horseradish crème fraîche dressing

Selection of Hors d'Oeuvres from the Trolley
including chicken liver pate, coronation chicken, smoked salmon,
prawns, boiled egg, duo of melon, mixed continental leaves, mixed olives

Main Courses

Roast Sirloin of Beef and Yorkshire Pudding
served with a rich pan gravy (supplement of £1.00)

Roast Leg of Pork
served with stuffing, crackling and a rich pan gravy

Roast Lincolnshire Breast of Turkey
served with sausage and bacon rolls, sage and onion stuffing
and a rich pan gravy

A Combination of all Three Roasts (supplement of £1.50)

Steak and Ale Pie
cooked in a rich red wine and onion gravy, topped with a short crust pie lid

Pan Fried Fillet of Sea Bass
served on a bed of spinach, topped with chive butter sauce

Spinach, Butternut Squash and Goat's Cheese Tartlet (V)
served on a roast pepper and tomato sauce

All served with a selection of seasonal fresh vegetables and potatoes

served with vanilla custard
